This Privacy Policy describes how MyFXAnalysis ("MyFXAnalysis", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the website and platform at myfxanalysis.com (the "Platform"). It is written to reflect how the Platform actually works today. If a feature described here is not yet live for your account, the related data handling does not apply to you.

Account creation and sign-in are handled through the authentication and database provider actually used by the Platform (Supabase). When you register or log in, your credentials and session are managed by that provider under its own security practices. We do not separately store your plaintext password.
Paid subscription checkout is handled by a third-party payment processor. When you choose to upgrade your plan, you are directed to that processor's own secure checkout page to complete payment. MyFXAnalysis does not collect, see or store your full card number, CVV or other complete payment credentials - that information is entered directly with, and processed by, the payment processor, subject to its own privacy and security practices. We may receive limited information from the processor necessary to confirm and manage your subscription status (for example, that a payment succeeded and which plan it corresponds to).

These emails are sent to service your account and are not third-party marketing. If we introduce optional marketing or newsletter emails in the future, we will provide a way to opt out of those specifically.
The Platform uses browser local storage for limited functional purposes only - for example, to remember your light/dark theme preference and whether your sidebar is collapsed, and to maintain your authenticated session through our authentication provider. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or third-party analytics/tracking scripts on the Platform. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the specific provider(s) used.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Platform, strictly to the extent needed for them to provide their service to us - for example, hosting/infrastructure providers, our authentication and database provider (Supabase), our email delivery provider, and our payment processor. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of MyFXAnalysis, our users or others.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform to you, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. If you delete your account or specific content (such as a journal entry), we will remove it from active use within a reasonable time, subject to any backups or legal retention requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction - such as encrypted connections and access-controlled infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you provide.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can generally include the right to access the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and object to or request restriction of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We do not make specific claims of compliance with any particular privacy law (such as GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA) beyond what is actually applicable to our operations; where such laws do apply to you, we will honor the rights they provide.
The Platform is not directed at, or intended for use by, children, and is not intended for anyone under the minimum age required to open a trading account or enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform or for legal reasons. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
