These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and MyFXAnalysis governing your access to and use of the website and platform at myfxanalysis.com (the "Platform"). Please read them carefully before creating an account.
By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk & Educational Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and legally permitted to access a service of this kind under the laws that apply to you, to use the Platform.
To use most features of the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
We may require you to verify your email address before granting full access to certain features. Verification emails are sent automatically as part of the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myfxanalysis.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended educational and analytical purposes, and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

The Platform provides market information, technical analysis, reference price levels, charts, educational content, journaling tools and performance analytics for educational and informational purposes only. It is designed to help users study markets and review their own trading history - not to direct their trading decisions. See our full Risk & Educational Disclaimer.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes personalized financial, investment or trading advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy, sell, hold or otherwise transact in any financial instrument. Any market levels, zones, scenarios or analysis shown are educational/reference material only.
MyFXAnalysis is not a broker, dealer, exchange or financial adviser, and does not act as one unless separately and legally authorized to do so. Any trading you carry out is done through your own separate broker/MT5 account, entirely outside of MyFXAnalysis's control.
MyFXAnalysis does not place, route, modify or execute trade orders on your behalf, and does not provide buy/sell instructions. Connecting an MT5 account to the Platform is for read-only analytics and reporting purposes as implemented by the Platform, not for order execution by MyFXAnalysis.
MyFXAnalysis does not hold, custody, control or manage your funds, trading account balance, or any assets. All funds remain with your own broker at all times.
MyFXAnalysis does not guarantee any level of profit, return or trading performance, whether based on the Platform's educational content, analytics or any other feature. Any statistics shown about your own trading history are descriptive of the past and are not a projection or promise of future results.
Trading forex and other leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Losses can exceed initial expectations. Past performance, whether yours or shown as an example, does not guarantee future results.
Market data, charts, technical levels and analytics on the Platform may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change without notice, whether due to third-party data sources, connectivity issues, or the inherent limitations of automated analysis. Verify any information independently before relying on it.
The Platform relies on third-party services to operate - including our authentication/database provider, hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery provider, market-data providers, and payment processor. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or performance of those third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
The Platform offers a free plan and one or more paid subscription plans with expanded access to platform features. Subscriptions provide access to educational and analytical platform features only - they do not constitute investment advice, brokerage services, or a guarantee of trading performance.
Paid plans are billed for the period shown at checkout at the time of purchase. Checkout and payment are processed by our third-party payment processor. Review the plan details shown at checkout before completing payment.
You may stop using a paid plan at any time by not renewing it, or through any cancellation option made available in your account or subscription settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid (see Section 20).
MyFXAnalysis has not yet published a formal refund policy. [REFUND POLICY TO BE CONFIRMED] Until a specific refund policy is published, refund requests are considered individually - contact support@myfxanalysis.com with your request. This section will be updated once a formal policy is finalized.
The Platform, including its software, design, layout, branding, text and educational content, is owned by MyFXAnalysis or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your MT5 trading history and journal content remain yours; by using the Platform you grant us the limited right to process and display that content back to you as part of the service.
Where the Platform allows you to submit content - such as journal notes, profile information or support messages - you remain responsible for that content, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
You may not scrape, systematically extract, reproduce, republish, resell or redistribute any part of the Platform's content, analytics, charts or underlying data, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, including outages of third-party services we depend on.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or created risk or legal exposure for MyFXAnalysis or other users. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyFXAnalysis and its owners, employees and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or reliance on any content it provides, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold MyFXAnalysis harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
